These terms govern your use of the MenoTracker marketing site (menopause-companion-web.vercel.app and any successor domain) and, when it ships, the MenoTracker mobile application. The service is operated by DJUMP, MB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania. By using the site you agree to the terms below.
Not medical advice
MenoTracker is a symptom-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition. Anything you read here or in the app is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified clinician about medical concerns. If you are in distress, contact emergency services or your healthcare provider.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to break it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, or send malicious content through the contact form. Automated submissions and abuse will be blocked and may be reported.
Waitlist and contact
Joining the waitlist or sending a message via the contact form means you are giving us your email so we can reply or notify you about the app launch. You can ask us to remove your data at any time by writing to start@djump.io. See the Privacy page for details.
Subscriptions (when the app ships)
The app will offer a free tier and a Plus tier at US $4.99 per month or local equivalent, billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their published policies.
Intellectual property
The site copy, design, brand marks, and source code are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your data — anything you enter into the contact form, and any symptom data you will enter into the app when it ships — remains yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, subject to any consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
