Privacy, plainly.
MenoTracker is operated by DJUMP, MB, a small company registered in the Republic of Lithuania. This page describes — without ceremony — what we collect on this marketing site, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The mobile app, when it ships, will have its own in-app privacy notice covering the symptom data it stores on your device.
What we collect on this site
Only what you give us. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you typed. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. That is the whole list. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers on this site.
What we don't collect
- No advertising or social-media trackers.
- No analytics SDK building a profile of your visit.
- No location data, no contacts, no device permissions.
- No payment or card data — there is nothing to buy here yet.
How we use it
The waitlist email is used once: to tell you when the app is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can unsubscribe with the link in that email. Contact-form messages are used only to write back to you. We do not sell, lend, or share with insurers, advertisers, or third-party brokers — there is no partnership that would make us, and there will not be one.
Who helps us run this
- Resend — sends our transactional and waitlist email. Your email address is stored in our Resend audience for the single purpose of the launch announcement.
- Vercel — hosts this site. Vercel keeps short-lived server logs (standard request metadata) for operational purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us, at any time, to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. Email start@djump.io and we will reply within a few working days. Under EU/UK data-protection law you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in Lithuania, that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
Children
This site is not directed at, or appropriate for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may revise this page. When we do, we update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
